     When you think about skin care you automatically think about women’s products. But the truth is that men also have skin care products and treatments. PROACTIVE is used by both men and women; if you have seen the infomercial you will see that Sean P Diddy Combs uses the product. Skin care for men can be after shave gel, because when they shave with a regular razor or even an electric razor, it can leave the skin dry and a little abrasive. By using the after shave gel it makes the skin smoother than before.

Men also use products like Clean and Clear, Neutrogena, Clearasil, Avon, Nivea, L’Oreal and Gillette Complete Skin Care. Though a good number of men do not find skin care to be high on their list of things to worry about. It has been researched that women care more about skin care than men do. It is just a vanity issue.

Men pay more attention to shaving and over all looking good rather than focusing on just one area like the face. Some men do have facial peels and facial massages and get treatments done at spas. Out of maybe 6 men only 2 are getting spa treatments. There is a longer more extensive product line for women than men. Men use a facial soap and maybe a moisturizer and call it a skin care treatment.
